Character Background[]
Amarro is a half-diwata, half-Hathor who fell in love with a diwata and had a son, Aquil. His wife was killed by the Etherians when they were collecting tax. They had no money to pay them. Amarro now takes very good care of Aquil for the fear of losing him like his wife. He hides in Sapiro from the Etherians but they were found when the Etherians were searching for the four Sang'gres. Ybrahim tried to protect them from the Etherians but failed. Their house was burned.
Amarro met Danaya from the present who thought of him as Aquil but she met a young Aquil. Amarro helped the Sang'gres to battle against the Etherians. He participated in the first war against the Etherians. When King Meno was badly injured, he helped bring him back to Sapiro alive. After the downfall of Etheria, however, he battled the two surviving Etherians who actually came out from the portal. He was brutally slashed by them as the teen Aquil arrived. He said in his last words to his son that Aquil should be a braver Diwata as he learned a lot from his father. Amarro finally dies in the arms of his son.
