Plot Summary[]

In Sapiro[]

In the palace, Wahid was admiring the flowers he picked from one of the balconies. He said that they are beautiful, as well as fragrant, and he will see if the Sang'gre Lira would still notice Paopao because of those flowers that he will be offering to her. As he was about to go, the returning Rama Ybrahim, along with Mashna Mayca, Kayzan, and his soldiers have arrived in the palace. The asked about the Barbaro's stay in the land, for Wahid said that the palace was the only place where he could find the flowers he was holding. He then asked his friend Rama for permission to bring those to her beautiful daughter and offer them to her. Mayca however, told Wahid that he might be late already to do that, for the Sang'gre had already departed Lireo to train with the other keepers and Cassiopea and Nunong Imaw. He then asked if Paopao was with them, and the Rama replied yes.

The two then talked about what happened during the feast, and how the Binatang Ligaw did not let the Rama's daughter out of his sight. Ybrahim then said that Paopao was not the only one who was courting Lira that night The Barbaro then defended himself that he has more rights than the Human, because he has been admiring the Rama's daughter for a long time already and Ybrahim knew about it very well. Wahid then asked until when they will be gone, and the Rama replied that they do not know. Knowing that Paopao may take advantage of the situation, the Barbaro then asked where is their training taking place, but Ybrahim did not know either. Wahid did not believe it though, prompting Mayca to ask him if he is accusing the Rama of being dishonest. Ybrahim then said that he has nothing to worry about, for Wantuk is there to watch over her and the other keepers. As he heard this, Wahid declared that even Wantuk cannot be trusted to guard Lira, so he then decided that wherever Cassiopea had brought them, he will still go and find them. The Barbaro then left immediately.

In Cassiopea's Island[]

As Lira and Paopao ran away from the Hadezar who were trying to capture them, the Binatang Ligaw was holding the Sang'gre's hand and led her to some place to hide. As Paopao then held Lira on the shoulders, the Sang'gre reminded him that he may be holding too much from her, for which the Human apologized quickly. As they hid behind a tree, two Hadezars have been looking around for them. After a moment, they were seen, and were attacked by them. They tried to fight them using their hands, but Paopao was overpowered by the soldier. Lira was about to use her power but the Binatang Ligaw stopped her from doing so. However, as she stopped, Lira was also held up by the other Hadezar. Paopao then struggled and escaped his captor's clutches and tried to save Lira, which they both defeated. As they cheered to their achievement, more Hadezar soldiers showed up. The two then held on to each other in fear, causing the Sang'gre to accidentally use her Ivictus power, with both Lira and Paopao vanishing and escaping the group of undead soldiers.

Lira and Paopao then re-appeared to another place, making the Sang'gre relieved that they finally escaped, but the Binatang Ligaw reminded her that they cannot use any powers, and it was forbidden. However, Lira justified what she did as part of her 'reflex reaction' and she cannot control it anyway. Paopao then commented that they still disobeyed the rules. Lira agreed, then asked the Human to stay silent about it and to just not mention that they used her Ivictus, because if it was not for it, they could have been killed. Lira then made sure that she did not meant to use it and said that if Cassiopea had seen it, she will understand what the Sang'gre did. She then convinced Paopao to get going, before the Hadezars could follow them.

Meanwhile, Sang'gre Mira encountered Ariana and Muyak, who were also trying to get away from the Hadezar. Muyak asked the Sang'gre where are Lira and the others, and Mira replied that they got split up when they ran. As they all saw the soldiers closing at them, they each hid on the trees and rocks. Ariana hoped that they would not be seen, while Mira advised the two to not make any noise, but the Muyak accidentally sneezed, causing the Hadezar to notice them and eventually attacked them. The three were then forced to fight the soldiers using their hands, but Ariana and Muyak were both overpowered by the Hadezar and were about to be captured. Feeling that she needs to save her two companions, Mira summoned her sword, and used its power by driving the sword to the ground, knocking the Hadezar soldiers off their foot. Afterwards, Muyak then reminded the Sang'gre that they cannot use any of their powers, but Mira justified her action as she only used it in order to save themselves. She then declared that if they want to tell Cassiopea or the Nunong Imaw about it, then it would be their own problem. She then ran away and the two followed her as well, as the Hadezars got back on their feet.

In the beach of the island, Gilas and Luna were still running from the Hadezars. The Diwata suddenly stopped from already being tired, but the Nymfa pleaded her to keep going for the soldiers will catch up to them. Soon enough, the Hadezar finally caught up and circled around them. Determined to accomplish the task, Luna then declared that they cannot be captured nor be defeated. The undead soldiers soon attacked and they fought them all, but Luna was eventually defeated and held up by one of them. As he saw it, Gilas then ate another fruit of Kawati, making him vanish and allowing himself to defeat the Hadezar without being visible. As the Nymfa re-appeared, Luna questioned Gilas's thinking about eating the fruit, for using it was forbidden. Gilas then reasoned that he only did it to help her, and then asked Luna to finally move on.

As the sun already setting, Wantuk wondered and asked Nunong Imaw where the keepers have gone to. The Sapiryan then thought that maybe all of them have failed. The Nuno on the contrary, said that they have just arrived and declared that they are complete and no one was captured by the Hadezar. Lira then greeted the Nuno and proclaiming that they were all safe despite sun not yet setting. Imaw then congratulated them and Wantuk did the same. However, the Nuno asked them all if not single one of them have disobeyed the rules that Cassiopea had said earlier. The seven keepers became quiet and looked at each other. Nunong Imaw asked them again and they unconvincingly answered "No". As Wantuk praised them again, the Nuno on the other hand, declared them all dishonest, making him to shoot a fireball using his staff, which knocked the keepers off their feet. He then berated the keepers if they thought that they could fool him or Cassiopea, especially that they were being watched over by the Hara Duri-e's eyes. That was the reason they both knew what happened to all of them earlier, and that they all cheated. Lira apologized for what she had done, and said that she became frightened on the Hadezars, which caused her to use her Ivictus with Paopao. Mira also admitted about how she did not resisted herself from using her power, while Luna also apologized for lying to him. Paopao, Ariana, and Muyak also said sorry, and promised that it will not happen again. Nunong Imaw then told the keepers what was the first lesson of the challenge earlier: to follow orders. This was also a challenge for them to find out if they would have the control and honesty within themselves. However, not one of them has passed the test, for some could not control themselves from using their power and all of them have decided to hide their wrongdoings and lied anyway. The Nuno then declared that for what they have done, they will be receiving a punishment. Mira asked about it, and Nunong Imaw informed them about the second lesson: if they made a mistake, there would be a punishment that is equivalent to it. He then asked the keepers to approach him and the Nuno led them to a big jar not far from all of them.

In the Land of the Gunikars[]

Inside their hideout, the Gunikars were examining the things that they have stolen the Adamyans. Moments later, Sang'gre Alena has finally woken up from her sleep, prompting the Gunikars to hide once again from her. As the Sang'gre looked around, she found herself inside the camp of the creatures, and heard a voice somewhere, saying that she was already awake. Alena then asked where and who he was. The voice introduced himself as Memfes, the leader of the tribe of Gunikars, who are fighting against the Adamyans. Memfes then apologized for what he had done to her, which is using his flute to make her fall asleep and bringing her to their home. The Sang'gre then asked Memfes where he is, and why he does not want to face her. She commanded him to show himself so they could talk about things clearly. The Gunikar then asked the Diwata what should they talk about, and Alena replied about them and the Adamyans could be friends. She then added that they cannot fight each other, and raiding them every time she leaves the land also cannot happen. As she pleaded to them to show themselves to her, a Gunikar appeared. He revealed himself as Memfes, and asked if the Sang'gre cannot believe his appearance. Alena replied that she was only surprised, but it is not important. She then went back to what her demands are, so there would be peace in Adamya again. Memfes then said that he will only grant her wish if she agrees with him to be his wife. The Sang'gre thought it as insane and she told Memfes about what she felt about it. Memfes insisted to what he wanted in return, which is to marry anyone of the powerful daughters of Mine-a, and if she will not agree to it, he cannot promise that he will stop wreaking havoc against the Adamyans. Already had enough, she brought her Brilyante in front of Memfes, prompting the Gunikar to retreat and hide once again.

In Hathoria[]

As the real Mashna Duri-e Aquil woke up after Asval knocking him out before, he then found himself bounded to a tree. The two Mashnas of Etheria, including Hera Andora then told him that the he should not bother and try to escape from his binding, because he will only have a hard time. As the Mashna Duri-e muffled in anger, Asval then added to not look at them with disdain, but instead thank them for keeping him alive. What is not certain is there are Argonas who were passing by the land and he will not be sure for Aquil's safety. As he smiled, the Heran then told Asval to finally leave Aquil there.

In the Forest[]

As LilaSari and Amarro were walking, the Bandidos that they freed have cornered them. Feeling that it is now their chance for revenge, they attacked the two Etherian Mashnas but they were easily defeated. LilaSari then told them that their Hara have freed them from her spell, so they should just thank them and leave because if they continue to fight, they will not hesitate to kill them all. As the Bandidos departed, the Diwata still could not understand why Hara Avria has granted the Diwatas' wishes. Amarro then answered that the Hara must prove to them that her intentions are clear for peace. LilaSari then suggested that it would be easier for her if Avria could have just used her magic. Amarro then informed her that Avria's powers also has its boundaries. She then asked why it was decreased, since the Bathaluman herself provided it to her, and the Mashna answered it it because Ether is no fool, and she will not want that someday, Avria will fight her. That is why only the minds of those who are under her status or those who are young of age were the only ones she can control by her magic.

Flashback
Avria used her magic to some of the young Encantados that she gathered to control them all. There was one left, a Sapiryan warrior, who looked like has a higher status than her, turned out that he was not affected by the spell. The Hara then used her magical chant in old Enchan to finally put him in her command. The spell worked, however, it eventually backfired on her and she suffered a damage on her right arm.

Amarro continued that Avria will try to use her powers to a powerful or primitive being, and it will give her a consequence. A consequence that she will not want to return from her. LilaSari asked about it, and Amarro declared that the consequence will be her life will be shortened and the years for her to stay in Encantadia will be lessened.

In Lireo[]

Back in the throne room, Hara Danaya advised her older sister Hara Pirena that it would be better for them not to think about her daughter nor their 'Hadia' for now, because it will only make them lonely. The Hara agreed, then said that they should put their attention to Avria and the Etherians. Danaya then asked about their next step against them. The Hara of Hathoria then replied that they once fought each other, and she knows that they should not have trusted the enemies who hastily demanded unity, but it already happened. Pirena then explained that this was the reason for her to return earlier in Hathoria: to strengthen the security of her kingdom. She then advised the Hara to take an extra caution from the enemies, especially that they do not know Avria and her powers too well. Hara Danaya agreed to it and as they were still talking, a soldier appeared before them and asked the Hara of Lireo that the Mashna Duri-e Aquil was at the gates of the palace and wants to talk to her. Pirena in turn, asked what was the former Mashna doing there, since he was already banished from the land. The Hara of Hathoria then commanded the soldier to send him away, and if Aquil refuses, he will be arrested. However, Hara Danaya stopped her sister from doing so, which made Pirena wonder if she was still having interactions between the Mashna Duri-e, for Aquil was proven a traitor numerous times and an enemy with his father. Pirena warned the Hara that it will not be wise for her if the others would know about their relationship. However, Danaya told Pirena that they both knew that Aquil is not an enemy, but the Hara of Hathoria insisted that in the eyes of many, Aquil is already a tainted being. After hearing these words, Hara Danaya then made sure to her older sister that it will be the last time they will talk.

Outside the gates, Hara Avria, (who was still disguised as Aquil) was waiting and she was met by Hara Danaya. Thinking that it was the real Aquil she was talking, she asked the 'Mashna Duri-e' why did 'he' came there, and reminded 'him' that 'he' cannot be seen by others. The Hara then took the 'Mashna Duri-e' away somewhere, where the soldiers will not able to see nor hear what they do. As they got far away, Danaya then asked 'him' why 'he' have done this, for this pitted her on a difficult situation. She reminded 'him' again that 'he' cannot show up on Lireo, for which 'Aquil' then apologized for what 'he' had done, and 'he' only wanted to see his beloved. As the two talked, Danaya admitted that she still misses the 'Mashna Duri-e'. When the Hara turned her back, Avria took this an opportunity to execute her plan. She then reverted back to her normal appearance, and sang a chant to put the Hara of the Diwatas to sleep.

Back in the gates, Hara Pirena was looking for her sister and asked the soldiers where the Hara and 'Aquil' went. They then said that they departed somewhere in the direction one of the soldiers pointed to. She realized that Danaya have went farther with the 'Mashna Duri-e' than she thought, so she told the soldiers that she will be gone for a moment to go after her sister. Pirena added that they should not worry, for she will strengthen the protection of the palace. Before leaving, the Hara used the power of her Brilyante to fortify the defense of Lireo against the enemies, which included the Etherians as the beings who cannot enter the palace or the land itself without Hara Pirena knowing. Afterwards, she commanded them to continue their duty.

As Danaya fell unconscious on the rock next to her, Avria used an incantation that switches her form to the Hara's. Moments later, their souls exchanged each other's bodies and Avria is now in Danaya's body. Afterwards, the Bathalumang Ether appeared to the Hara of Etheria, declaring that her appearance is now Danaya's. However, Avria then realized that Danaya's Brilyante was still not in her possesion. She therefore asked the Brilyante to leave Danaya's body, but nothing has appeared in the Hara's palm. She then learned that Danaya did not brought the Brilyante with her and it is now inside Lireo. Not far from where they are standing, Hara Pirena along with her Hathor soldiers were looking for Danaya. As she called her name, the Bathaluman commanded the Hara to meet the Diwata, but Avria wondered about the Diwata she exchanged bodies with. Ether then told her that she will do something about the real Hara. After Avria had left, the Bathaluman and Danaya (who is now in Avria's body) had vanished.

Pirena then found 'Danaya' soon after and asked why is 'she' not with Aquil. 'The Hara' replied that the Mashna Duri-e was finally gone and 'she' already send him away. 'Danaya' then turned around to 'her' older sister and asked her to finally return to Lireo. As they eventually approached the gates, Pirena went in easily, but 'Danaya' was held back by the protection surrounding the palace, disabling 'her' to enter Lireo. 'She' then asked 'her' sister about what happened and if Pirena had done something about it. The Hara also wondered why this happened, for the Lireo could not reject 'her' because 'she' was the Hara of the Diwatas. She then asked 'her' to come in once again, but 'she' failed to do so. As 'Danaya' asked what did Pirena do, she replied that she only strengthened the protection of the palace to any Etherian who tries to enter it. The Hara then commanded the soldiers to surround 'Danaya', and then asked her if she is truly her sister or a fraud. And if she is a fraud, Pirena wants to know who is she from the Etherians. 'Danaya' then asked 'her' sister if she is accusing 'her', and denied her accusations. The Hara then said to prove 'herself', and to try to once again enter Lireo. Feeling that she cannot enter the gates, Avria then used her power through a chant to make Pirena and her soldiers to lose consciousness. As they all fell down to the ground, Avria once again used her powers to Pirena and sang a chant, making Pirena to not remember everything that she learned from her, including the poisoning of the wine and her inability to enter Lireo. As it happened, the 'consequence' Amarro was talking about went through her again, and it gave Avria damage on Danaya's right arm. She saw it immediately and cursed in disgust.

Notes[]

  • Names or pronouns with single quotation marks are Avria disguising herself to the Diwatas, unless it was described in the plot that it was her in someone else's appearance.

Speculation[]

  • The episode title may have been derived from Avria, who disguised herself as the fraud Mashna Duri-e Aquil to fool the Hara of the Diwatas, Danaya.
