Ang Kapangyarihan ni Mitena (lit. Mitena’s Power) is the 7th episode of Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre, a Filipino fantasy drama series, and the 7th episode under Book 1 of the series. The episode premiered on GMA Network and was simultaneously streamed on the network’s official YouTube channel on June 24, 2025. In this episode, Danaya gives birth to her prophesied child, while in Encantadia, Mitena begins to consolidate her power, threatening the realms with a rising darkness as long-buried secrets come to light.

Synopsis[]

How will Hara Durye Cassiopea deal with her twin sister, Mitena, who unbeknownst to her has lived a long time ago and harbors a grudge against her and her clan?

Ang Pagsilang ng Tagapagligtas[]

Title Translation: The Birth of the Savior

In the human world, Theo awakens to find Danaya examining a mark on her palm. She informs him that she is pregnant and that the child will be born that night. When Theo expresses disbelief, Danaya insists she can raise the child alone. Theo apologizes, stating his desire to be involved and not repeat the mistakes of his past.

In Encantadia, Pirena reports to Cassiopea that Imaw remains unconscious and speculates whether it is a form of punishment. Cassiopea reveals that she has received a new vision, prompting Pirena to question whether it signals the arrival of the foretold threat destined to kill her. Cassiopea clarifies that the vision pertains to the imminent birth of Danaya’s child, the prophesied savior of Encantadia.

That night, with Mona’s assistance, Danaya gives birth to a daughter amid an earthquake. Theo expresses gratitude to Mona, who remarks on her surprise at his new domestic life, recalling her previous visit when he was only accompanied by a dog.

Ang Kuwento ni Mitena: Ang Setro at ang Nilalang sa Kwintas ng Nahalay na Anghel Galing sa Devas[]

Title Translation: The Tale of Mitena: The Scepter and the Creature from the Necklace of the Fallen Angel from Devas

In Mine-a-ve, Mitena observes the Mine-a-ves training and declares their readiness to exact vengeance on Encantadia. Anaca reminds Mitena of the Mine-a-ves’ debt of gratitude to her, though she expresses concern over the enduring strength of the Diwatas, created by both Emre and Ether.

Mitena recalls a past encounter in which she stole a blade from a sleeping, cursed archangel and used it to kill him. She subsequently retrieves the Esperanto, lifting her curse. Ether, witnessing her transformation, pleads to be restored to her original form. Mitena feigns agreement but ultimately kills Ether with the same blade. Ether accuses her of betrayal, but Mitena reveals she had always known Ether’s intentions were self-serving.

Mitena also acquires the archangel’s necklace, which frees Anaca from captivity. Anaca begs for her life, claiming she only sought freedom after a century of imprisonment. Mitena, seeing a reflection of her own suffering, spares her.

In the present, Anaca observes that Mitena now possesses the power to strengthen the Mine-a-ves beyond measure. Although Mitena voices concern over potential betrayal, Anaca advises her to retain control and use them as instruments of her will.

Ang Paghaharap ng Bathaluman at ng Isinumpa[]

Title Translation: The Confrontation of the Goddess and the Accursed One

In Adamya, Imaw regains consciousness and requests Pirena and Alena to bring him to Cassiopea. Upon arrival, Cassiopea confirms the birth of Danaya’s daughter. Imaw then reveals that Cassiopea has a twin sister named Mitena. Cassiopea initially dismisses this, but Alena reveals that Imaw used the Akashic to uncover this information. Imaw invites Cassiopea to see the Akashic, but she declines, instead using her ability to probe Imaw’s memories, which causes her to faint.

Cassiopea’s spirit confronts Mitena in the Mine-a-ve, apologizing and asserting her ignorance of Mitena’s fate. Mitena rejects the apology and attacks her.

After regaining consciousness, Cassiopea warns the others of the threat Mitena poses and urges the unification of the four kingdoms in preparation for the coming conflict.
