The Kabilan is a powerful god-level weapon originated from the Kingdom of Etheria. It was notable to be the only weapon capable of cleaving the Mother Gem into five (in the 2005 series, four) shards representing each with the corresponding mystical elements that binds together the world of Encantadia.

History (2016)[]

The origins of the Kabilan, the materials used to create it remains unknown but it was famed to be one of the most powerful weapons in Encantadia due to its reputation of cleaving the Mother Gem into five pieces. For a while, after LilaSari was freed illegally from Carcero, she and Adhara sought to incapacitate Cassiopeia in order to steal the weapon from her. But after it was retrieved, no known efforts to steal it was ever shown in the series.

In Contrast to 2005 Version[]

The Queen was then cursed by their Bathalang Emre to be banished from her Kingdom and live a very long life until the Gem was restored again. Asval tricked Ybrahim into getting the Kabilan making him think that it was orginally owned by his father. Ybrahim was successful in acquiring the Kabilan nly to be snatched away by Asval and be given to Hagorn who used it as his primary weapon since then.

Book 2[]

The Kabilan was created by the Bathalumang Ether. It was given to Etheria's High Priestess and was passed on to whoever sat on the throne. It was cursed by (then) Hera Mine-a to be the weapon that would be used against the Diwatas.

Book 3[]

When the war between the Mulawins and Hathors began, she used the sword to cleave the Brilyante ng mga Elemento and split it into four gems. After doing so, she hid the Kabilan (without forgetting to put a spell to guard it.) knowing that Bathalang Emre wouldn't like what she did to the Brilyante ng Elemento. After the war in Book 1, it was returned to Cassiopea and she had kept it until Book 3.

He conspired with Asval to trick Ybrahim in getting the sword for him knowing that Cassiopea won't tell him its whereabouts if either of them were to ask her. It then became his main weapon replacing Elores. The most important battle that Hagorn had used the Kabilan for was when he faced Bathalang Arde. He used the sword to stab him and make him lose consciousness.
KabilanAsval He deceived Ybrahim by telling him a fake story about the Kabilan being owned by his father. He borrowed the Kabilan to have an edge against their enemies and ensure that he can save Axilom who was captured during their attack in the celebration on Sapiro. Ether and Arde beytays Emre

Ether and Arde tries to kill Emre; Arde seems to hold the Kabilan.

Avria[]

It is assumed that this is formerly belonged to Avria, Queen of Etheria. Maybe this was given by Bathalumang Ether. It is unknown how Cassiopea obtained it.

Cassiopea[]

The Kabilan has been in the hands of Cassiopea for the longest time, until Adhara and LilaSari stole it from her.

Adhara[]

When Adhara and LilaSari attacked Cassiopea in her lair they obtained the Kabilan. Adhara used it against their enemies, though her main weapon is the Lupig.

LilaSari[]

After Adhara's death, LilaSari became it's new keeper even until she became the Queen of Lireo, however, Cassiopea claimed it back after a clash happened between the two.

Trivia[]

  • When Avria was again resurrected, it is worth-noting that Cassiopeia opted to use the double-bladed spear appearance of the Kabilan. Then when Avria faced Danaya, Alena and Ybrahim for the first time, it can be seen that Avria is using the sword form of Kabilan. Maybe this is to give Avria a bladed weapon behind the camera.
